Oliver Rees has always been passionate about the interaction between humans and technology. He started coding at a young age and went on to study social and political sciences at Cambridge University. At Cambridge he created web services like Anonymous Pigeon and Library Whispers. After graduating Oliver worked at JWT London, helping brands like HSBC and The Army leverage technology to grow amongst new audiences. He then left JWT to work at Decoded, where he designed global innovation and technology education programmes and products for clients like Philips, ING and TalkTalk. In July 2017 Oliver started OR/innovation, a company that transforms the way that organisations understand and utilise disruptive technologies. OR/innovation's first product is Master Disruption, a digital tool that helps business leaders understand and mimic disruptive companies.
