James Moore leads Marketing Technology transformation within MetLife’s EMEA region as well as being responsible for the group’s MarTech Innovation initiatives. For the past nine years he has worked in a Global capacity with stakeholders across all regions MetLife operates in, holding a range of technology and business roles and has led large scale transformation projects in CMS and CRM platforms. With an academic background in Artificial Intelligence, James is professionally interested in the adoption and effective application of technology against genuine business challenges and how solutions can fit into an overall sustainable operating model beyond the proof of concept. Given the global nature of his role James is also interested in the evolving means of collaborative working amongst geographically distant teams. Outside of work, James is an active participant in the South West startup scene and is learning to fly a microlight over the sunny Devon coastline.
